The Western Illinois University (WIU) board of trustees will discuss proposed rates for room, board, insurance and general fees for fiscal year 2017 on March 11 at the University Union.
If approved, WIU's room and board rates would remain at 2016 prices, while health insurance fees would go up approximately two percent, from $690 per year to $705.
Interim Vice President for Administrative Services Matthew Bierman will also present the board with information on utility easements and property leases with McDonough County in advance of a board vote.
Finally, the board will vote on approving its 2017 meeting schedule.
The meeting is scheduled for 8 a.m.
