The City of East Moline Committee of the Whole met May 16 to discuss a contract supplement from Ravine Sewer Access.
The discussion took place because the city has miles of aging sanitary sewers located in ravines and rough wooded areas that do not permit ease of access for inspection, maintenance and repairs.
The committee also discussed the Electric Easement Dedication, which was presented by Tim Kammler, director of engineering.
