Milan ranked 71th in state in lottery ticket sales

The village of Milan had the 71th highest lottery ticket net sales statewide per capita for the month of March 2016 -- up 5 spots from its February ranking.

Based on monthly sales records obtained by the Rock Island Today, Milan generated $219,354 in net sales from its 11 lottery retailers in March 2016, compared to $259,326 in March 2015.
