c. Consideration of a Resolution to award the demolition of 920 N East Street to Martin Bros.

d. Consideration of a Resolution to award the demolition of 807 W Fourth Street garage and 811 N Walnut to Ratliff Bros.

e. Consideration of a Resolution to affirm the Mayor’s recommendation for appointments to various boards & commissions.

f. Consideration of an Ordinance amending Chapter 150.017(K) of the City Code which establishes climatic and geographic design criteria.

g. Consideration of a Resolution to award the assembly of downtown hanging baskets to Sunnyfield Nursery.

h. Consideration of a Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement with SeeClickFix and authorizing payment.
