Women in the Quad Cities are being encouraged to take part in the first Women's Leadership Development program in the area, according to a press release from the Quad Cities Chamber of Commerce.

Ginny Wilson-Peters, president and owner of Integrity Integrated Inc., has built a yearlong program to help women develop leadership skills. The program features group interactions, exercises and personal reflections shared in a safe but challenging environment.

The course is intended for professional women at all levels. It will provide tools that will help the participants make effective work/life choices and also features strategies to help women find and use their power and influence effectively in and out of the workplace, according to the release.
