Report from the Community and Economic Development Department regarding modifications to a development agreement with Saratoga Capital LLC for the development of the property commonly known as the VanDerGinst / Riverview Lofts / Best Building
Motion whether or not to approve the development agreement with the referenced changes and authorize the City Manager to sign the modified contract, subject to any minor modifications
Roll Call vote is needed.
