QUAD CITIES CHAMBER: Local anti-trafficking program of Family Resources hosts Celebration of Cultures event to be held May 19

Quad Cities Chamber recently issued the following announcement.

Family Resources’ Braking Traffik anti-human trafficking program will host a Celebration of Cultures from 1-5 p.m. on Saturday, May 19, at 2420 41st St. in Moline, Illinois.

Admission is free and food will be available for purchase. Celebrate diversity in the Quad Cities by enjoying presentations by local cultural groups, food vendors, raffle, and a car show by Latin Persuasion Car Club. Food vendors include Taste of Brazil, Streets of Italy, and tacos.

Braking Traffik is a program of Family Resources that offers community training and direct services to survivors of sex and labor trafficking.
