The Varsity Center will present the Ruth Bader Ginsberg documentary RBG on Friday, July 6 at 7 p.m.
At the age of 85, U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg has developed a lengthy legal legacy while becoming an unexpected pop culture icon. But the unique personal journey of her rise to the nation's highest court has been largely unknown, even to some of her biggest fans – until now. RBG explores Ginsburg's life and career. From Betsy West and Julie Cohen, and co-produced by Storyville Films and CNN Films.
The documentary features special commentary by Gloria Steinem, Ginsburg’s colleague in the women’s rights movement and Nina Totenberg, a correspondent for National Public Radio.

The Varsity will show “RBG” at 7 p.m. Friday, July 6. Tickets are $10 and are available in advance at www.thevarsitycenter.eventbrite.com. They also will be available at the venue on the night of the show when doors open at 6:30 p.m. The Varsity Bar features beer, wine, select cocktails, non-alcoholic beverages, snacks and popcorn.
