Q1 real estate sales report: Silvis

Median prices rose in Silvis over last year, and are up 37.8 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to first quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From January to March, 1 home sold in Silvis for a price of $137,800. That's 193.7 percent higher than median home sale prices for the first quarter of 2017.
