Q3 real estate sales report: Taylor Ridge

Median prices declined in Taylor Ridge over last year, and are up 8.9 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to third quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From July to September, 2 homes sold in Taylor Ridge for a median price of $227,500. That's 5 percent lower than median home sale prices for the third quarter of 2017.

In the third quarter, there were no foreclosures in Taylor Ridge.

Median property tax for homeowners in Taylor Ridge was $4,109.09 in 2017 according to tax data from that year. That means homeowners pay 1.7 percent of their home's value in taxes.
