Taylor Ridge home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Taylor Ridge rose by $57,900 while total sales decreased by 18.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $234,900 - a 32.7% increase over the $177,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Taylor Ridge in the third quarter of 2016.
