Coyne Center home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Coyne Center rose by $6,000 while total sales decreased by 11.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $96,000 - a 6.7% increase over the $90,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Coyne Center in the third quarter of 2016.
