Port Byron home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Port Byron rose by $65,666.66 while total sales decreased by 78.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $185,000 - a 55% increase over the $119,333.34 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Port Byron in the second quarter of 2017.
