Rock Island home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Rock Island rose by $20,450 while total sales decreased by 83.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 34 homes sold, with a median sale price of $93,700 - a 27.9% increase over the $73,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 206 homes sold in Rock Island in the second quarter of 2017.
