Coal Valley (Rock Island County) home prices fall in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Coal Valley in Rock Island County fell by $5,200 while total sales decreased by 92.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $162,500 - a 3.1% decrease over the $167,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Coal Valley in the third quarter of 2017.
