Fruitland home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Fruitland rose by $42,925 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $96,500 - a 80.1% increase over the $53,575 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Fruitland in the second half of 2016, as well.
