Silvis home prices fall in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Silvis fell by $9,500 while total sales increased by 45.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 61 homes sold, with a median sale price of $86,000 - a 9.9% decrease over the $95,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 42 homes sold in Silvis in the second half of 2016.
