Cordova home prices rise in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Cordova rose by $53,367 while total sales decreased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $111,700 - a 91.5% increase over the $58,333 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Cordova in the first half of 2017.
