Port Byron home prices fall in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Port Byron fell by $64,000 while total sales increased by 13.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 51 homes sold, with a median sale price of $130,000 - a 33% decrease over the $194,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 45 homes sold in Port Byron in 2016.
