Carbon Cliff home prices fall in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Carbon Cliff fell by $10,000 while total sales decreased by 11.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $65,000 - a 13.3% decrease over the $75,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Carbon Cliff in 2016.
