Port Byron home prices fall in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Port Byron fell by $172,500 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $62,500 - a 73.4% decrease over the $235,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Port Byron in March 2016.
