Port Byron home prices fall in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Port Byron fell by $59,000 while total sales increased by 250%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $126,000 - a 31.9% decrease over the $185,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Port Byron in September 2016.
