Port Byron home prices fall in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Port Byron fell by $76,550 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $182,450 - a 29.6% decrease over the $259,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Port Byron in October 2016.
