Illinois General Assembly: HR146 actions on May 15

The following actions were taken on May 15 in the House on House bill HR146 ("regulate financial incentives"): "Added Chief Co-Sponsor Rep. Aaron M. Ortiz" and "Resolution Adopted".

The bill, as it was introduced in the House by Rep. Michael Halpin (D-72) on Feb. 22, "urges the government of the United States of America to enact a federal system limiting and regulating the types of incentives that states can offer to poach companies from each other," according to the General Assembly website.
