There was one offender released on parole during the first quarter living near Illinois zip code 61278, according to Illinois Department of Corrections data obtained by Rock Island Today.

The data shows that the man was released in the Jacksonville zip code. The 58-year-old parolee wasn't a veteran.

He was sentenced to 8 years in prison for a property crime in 2012 when he was 51 years old.
