Milan home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Milan rose by $4,000 while total sales decreased by 75.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $116,000 - a 3.6% increase over the $112,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 62 homes sold in Milan in the second half of 2017.
