Rapids City home prices fall in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Rapids City fell by $201,750 while total sales decreased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $36,500 - a 84.7% decrease over the $238,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Rapids City in the second half of 2017.
