1. President Barry Snodgrass called the regular meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
Roll call was taken with five members present (DeBrock, Ganson, Olson, Snodgrass, Menendez) two absent (Ash, Urick)
2. Motion by Ganson seconded by DeBrock to adjourn to Closed Session. 6:01 p.m.

3. Regular Meeting reconvened at 6:43 p.m.
4. Mr. Snodgrass recognized visitors and asked for any public participation.
5. Motion by Olson seconded by Urick to amend the agenda to further discuss item G in Consent, Consider/Approve New Proposed Activity GHS.

Motion carried by roll call vote of seven ayes, (Snodgrass, Menendez, Olson, Ganson, Ash, Urick, DeBrock)
9. Olson asked for an explanation of what the proposed Taekwondo Activity would entail at GHS. She asked if the sponsor would be a paid position and what the members would do during this activity. Mr. Mackey, GHS Principal explained that the sponsor is voluntary and the purpose of the activity is to provide students interested in taekwondo classes and competitions the information for local activities. At the conclusion of Mr. Mackey’s explanation of the activity the board voted to approve the proposed activity.
10. Motion by Olson seconded by Urick to approve New Proposed Activity at GHS.

A. Motion by Ganson seconded by Menendez to approve Diesel Fuel Bids. Mr. Gronski recommended bid from River Valley Cooperative of Geneseo, Il. Regular blend diesel fuel at $2.418/gallon for a TWELVE (12) month time frame. Will re-advertise in early April 2020, with a bid opening date of April 17, 2020
Motion carried by roll call vote of seven ayes (Olson, Menendez, Snodgrass, Ganson, Ash, Urick, DeBrock) to approve bid from River Valley Cooperative of Geneseo, Il. Regular blend diesel fuel at $2.418/gallon for a TWELVE (12) month time frame.
