1. Green Valley Park Moline Soccer Club Garage. (Lori Wilson, Parks Recreation Director)
Explanation: The Moline Soccer Club is in the process of deeding property, that is part of the Covemaker Edition, 6114-51st Avenue, Moline to the City of Moline and under the Park Board’s oversight. At which time the property will become an addition to the premises that the Soccer Club currently leases from the Park Board. Per Soccer Club’s request the garage will remain on the property, for their use, after the City takes possession.
