d. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2019-25 “An Ordinance Acknowledging And Ratifying The Execution Of A Promissory Note – Commercial Loan With Blackhawk Bank & Trust For The Refinancing Of Orchard Court Drainage Project In The Amount Of $171,368.50, At An Interest Rate Of 3% Executed By The

Village President.”
