Western Illinois University Quad Cities recently issued the following announcement.
The University Art Gallery will host a reception for Joyce Polance "Turbulence" on Tuesday, January 14, from 4:30 to 6:00 pm. The artist will speak about her work at 5:00 pm. Light refreshments will be served. The exhibition will be on view January 14 – February 14, 2020. Admission is free and open to the public.
