We are moving forward with a fast track demolition for 602 N. Center Street. We posted the notice on 10/16, mailed notice to interested parties on 10/17, recorded notice on 10/18,and published notice in paper on 10/24. If there are no objections as of 11/23 we will have authorization to demolish. Demolition must occur no later than 2/14/20. After demolition, we will place a lien against the property. We have a grant to cover the cost of demolition and the recorded lien will be for all other costs (i.e. legal). We will then need to decide whether to foreclose on the lien.
8. PUBLIC COMMENT
City Ordinance allows members of the Public to speak and give input up to 3 minutes during Public Comment, there can be no debate or action by the City Council at this time.
