Rock Island home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Rock Island rose by $5,150 while total sales increased by 41.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 72 homes sold, with a median sale price of $94,150 - a 5.8% increase over the $89,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 51 homes sold in Rock Island in the second half of 2018.
