East Moline home prices fall in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in East Moline fell by $8,250 while total sales decreased by 3.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 73 homes sold, with a median sale price of $98,000 - a 7.8% decrease over the $106,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 76 homes sold in East Moline in the second half of 2018.
