Moline home prices fall in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Moline fell by $11,450 while total sales decreased by 30%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 35 homes sold, with a median sale price of $95,000 - a 10.8% decrease over the $106,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 50 homes sold in Moline in the first quarter of 2018.
