Mat Schnepple Director of the Henry County Office of Emergency Management was our guest on People to People on Friday. Mat joined WKEI to talk about FEMA’s Public Assistance Program. Non-profit groups impacted by COVID-19 that can show the impact COVID-19 has had on their operations are eligible for FEMA’s program and Mat explained to WKEI how it works.
