The Regular Council of the City of Geneseo was called to order at 6:00 PM, in the Council Chambers, with the following members present:

5 Chamber of Commerce Report

Chamber Director Sullivan gave the Chamber of Commerce update including the membership report, chamber update, past event recap and upcoming events. The Council congratulated Sullivan on being elected to the State IACCE Board of Directors.

6 City Engineering Report

Greg Ryckaert from IMEG gave the engineering report. Miller is the low bidder for the NE Drainage project. Drawings are currently coming in for the Ash St. lift station project and work should begin within the next 2-3 weeks. The force main at Cherry St. for the Bear

Development project should go to bid this December.

7 Public Comment

City Ordinance allows members of the Public to speak and give input up to 3 minutes during Public Comment, there can be no debate or action by the City Council at this time.

10 City Administrator's Comments

The closing has occurred on the industrial park and the funds have been deposited back to the Capitol Fund.

11.1. Treasurer's Report, Capital Asset Report, and Budget Book as Submitted. Craig Arnold moved, seconded by Douglas Crow, Motion to approve the Treasurer's Report, Capital Asset Report, and Budget Book as submitted.

Administrator Hollenkamp reminded the Council that the tax levy public hearing will take place before the next meeting of Council, along with the presentation of the City audit during the meeting.
