A Resolution authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute and attest to Letters of Engagement with the executive search consultant Baker Tilly US, LLP, Chicago, Illinois, to begin a search for candidates for the positions of Director of Engineering/City Engineer and Director of Human Resources for the City of Moline.

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute and attest to a Letter of Engagement with Strategia Consulting, LLC, for legislative lobbying services for the City of Moline.
10. Council Bill/Resolution 1007-2021-R
Revision of approved Resolution 1007-2021, to add certain language required by the Illinois Housing Development Authority for the acceptance of Strong Communities Program, Round 1 Grant funding in the amount of $250,000.
