City of Geneseo City Council met March 23.

The Special City Council Meeting of the City of Geneseo was called to order at 6:30 PM, in the Council Chambers, with the following members present:

1 Roll Call 7:46pm

Council Bob James, Council Brett Barnhart, Council Craig Arnold, Council Douglas Crow, Mayor Sean Johnson, Council Martin Rothschild, Council Robert Wachtel, Council Paula Simosky, and Council Keith Kennett

City Admin JoAnn Hollenkamp, HR/Deputy Clerk Brandon Maeglin, Chief of Police Casey Disterhoft, and Attorney Derke Price

2 Public Comment - Agenda Items

City Ordinance allows members of the Public to speak and give input up to 3 minutes during Public Comment, there can be no debate or action by the City Council at this time. You may email your comments to cadministrator@cityofgeneseo.com or text to 309-944- 0915.

3 UNFINISHED BUSINESS

4 Consent Agenda

A. 4.1 Discussion of Facade' Improvement Grant for 127 N. State Street.

B. 4.2 Discussion of Façade Improvement grant for 207 N. State Street.

C. 4.3 Discussion of Ordinance O-21-05 which vacates a portion of Spring Street at R/R Crossing and Resolution R-21-04 authorizing execution of ICC agreement 2139 closure of Spring Street R/R grade crossing. This will result in the permanent closure of Spring Street at the railroad crossing to accommodate a new train depot and platform which will allow for normal gate operations.

D. 4.4 Discussion of Resolution R-21-05 declaring police department unit 19 vehicle as surplus property.

E. 4.5 Omnibus Method

Brett Barnhart moved, seconded by Martin Rothschild, Motion to approve using the omnibus method and to approve items 4.1 - 4.5
