The Public Hearing of the City of Geneseo was called to order at 6:00 PM, in the Council Chambers, with the following members present:

COUNCIL PRESENT: Council Bob James, Council Brett Barnhart, Council Craig Arnold, Council Douglas Crow, Mayor Sean Johnson, Council Martin Rothschild, and Council Keith Kennett

COUNCIL ABSENT: Council Robert Wachtel and Council Paula Simosky

STAFF PRESENT: Director of Finance Jamie Matthews, City Admin JoAnn Hollenkamp, HR/Deputy Clerk Brandon Maeglin, Director of IT Garrett Griswold, Deputy Chief of Police Kondon Karzin, Chief of Police Casey Disterhoft, and Attorney Margaret Kostopulos

PUBLIC PRESENT:

NOTE: TWO OR MORE ALDERMAN MAY BE PRESENT

1. Public Hearing Start: 6:00pm

1..1. The purpose of the hearing will be to receive public comments on the proposal to sell bonds in the amount of up to $4,200,000 for the purpose of expenditures to finance the costs of funding a portion of the unfunded accrued actuarial liabilities of the City’s Police Pension Plan

2. Public Comment

City Ordinance allows members of the Public to speak and give input up to 3 minutes during Public Comment.

John Vezzetti from Bernardi Securities joined via phone.
