City of Moline Project Management Team Met March 9.

➢ Call to Order – The meeting was called to order by Chairman Ellis at 1:33 p.m.
➢ Approval of the February 9, 2020 PMT Minutes - A motion was made by Steve Nelson, second by Alderman Parker. Motion carried.
➢ Action Items:
• DBMT Membership – Nominations for the Design Build Management team were offered. PMT members Mike Ellis, Steve Nelson, Alderman Wendt and Alderman Schoonmaker were nominated and approved by the PMT.
• Public Art Master Plan – Amanda Golden from Designing Local presented the draft Public Art & Placemaking Plan to the PMT. She described the public outreach, features of the Plan and the proposed financing strategy, which would fund public art through a combination of public and private development sources. Members of the Public Art Steering Committee Lori Roderick and Dave Herrell attended in support of the Plan and commented on the importance of public art and their experience on the Steering Committee. The PMT recommended that the Council approve the Public Art & Placemaking Plan.

– Geoff Manis updated the PMT on Moline Centre Main Street activities.
➢ Alderman Parker made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Steve Nelson. The meeting adjourned at 3:05 p.m.
