Census Bureau: 78.4 percent of people in Mercer County were old enough to vote in 2019

Of the 15,589 citizens living in Mercer County in 2019, 12,225 were old enough to vote as of Jan. 26, according to U.S. Census Bureau data.

The bureau reported 6,150 of those people were female and 6,075 were male.
