A Resolution authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute and attest to an Employment Agreement between the City of Moline and Bogdan Vitas, Jr.
3. Council Bill/Resolution 1137-2021
A Resolution authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute and attest to a contract with Brandt Construction Co., for Motor Fuel Tax (MFT) Section 21-00000-01-GM, 2021 Seal Coat Program, for the amount of $76,525, and authorizing City Staff to negotiate Change Order #1, to add locations and to increase the contract sum to an amount not to exceed $100,000.
4. Council Bill/Resolution 1138-2021
A Resolution authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute and attest to a contract with Brandt Construction Co., for Project #1358, 2021 City Parking Lot Maintenance, for the amount of $277,641.60, and authorizing City Staff to negotiate Change Order #1, to add locations and to increase the contract sum to an amount not to exceed $350,000.
5. Council Bill/Resolution 1139-2021
A Resolution authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute and attest to a First Amendment to Intergovernmental Agreement pursuant to an Intergovernmental Agreement with the City of East Moline, Illinois, dated November 1, 2016, to provide sanitary sewer service for the City of Moline property located at 5320 22nd Avenue, Moline, Illinois.
6. Council Bill/Resolution 1140-2021
A Resolution authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute and attest to an Agreement to accept funding and to do all things necessary to execute all assurances and certifications to the Illinois Housing Development Authority for the Abandoned Residential Property Municipal Relief Program Round 5 in the amount of $45,000; and authorizing the Community and Economic Development Department to begin work upon the execution of the Agreement between the City and the Illinois Housing Development Authority to accept funding for the Abandoned Residential Property Municipal Relief Program Round 5 in the amount of $45,000, and to do all things necessary to implement said program requirements.
7. Council Bill/Resolution 1141-2021
A Resolution accepting the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report prepared by Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP, for the Fiscal Year of January 1, 2020, through December 31, 2020, for all municipal funds.
