City of Moline Youth Commission Met March 18.

1. Meeting Called to Order
The meeting began at 2:04 p.m.
2. Roll Call of Members
Commissioners Present: Liz Finch, Sara McLaughlin-Cross, and Janet Zam
Commissioners Absent: Jan Erikson-Vroman
Staff: Elizabeth McKenzie
3. Approval of Remote Electronic Attendance
Commissioner Zam, seconded by Commissioner Finch made a motion to approve the remote electronic attendance of Commissioner McLaughlin-Cross.
4. Approval of Minutes
Commissioner Finch, seconded by Commissioner McLaughlin-Cross made a motion to approve the December 17, 2020 special meeting minutes.
5. Donation Request from Cathleen Haney on behalf of Moline High School Project Graduation
Project Graduation is a non-profit organization that provides a drug-free and alcohol-free night of fun for all graduating seniors. All students are invited to attend this event held at the YMCA and are given a night of food, fun, entertainment, and prizes.
A $500 donation is requested to assist in the rental of the YMCA and the cost of food, entertainment, and prizes.

Commissioner McLaughlin-Cross, seconded by Commissioner Finch made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 2:11 p.m.
