The Committee of the Whole of the City of Geneseo was called to order on Tuesday, April 27, 2021, at 6:00 PM, in the Council Chambers, with the following members present:

COUNCIL PRESENT: Council Bob James, Council Brett Barnhart, Council Craig Arnold, Council Douglas Crow, Mayor Sean Johnson, Council Martin Rothschild, Council Robert Wachtel, Council Paula Simosky, and Council Keith Kennett

COUNCIL ABSENT:

Brett Barnhart moved, seconded by Craig Arnold, Motion to recommend to City Council the annexation of 19775 E 1500 Street, Geneseo and to add to the consent agenda at the City Council Meeting.

8.2. DISCUSSION OF VENDOR CHANGE TO ICMA-RC FOR EMPLOYEE RETIREMENT SAVINGS OPTIONS

Craig Arnold moved, seconded by Bob James, Motion to recommend to the City Council R-21-09 and R-21-10 adopting the Deferred Compensation and Retiree Health Savings Programs as described.

Craig Arnold moved, seconded by Bob James, Motion to implement no parking on the west side of N. Center Street between Exchange and Brown and to add to the consent agenda for the City Council Meeting.

8.4. UPDATE OF CHERRY DRIVE LIFT STATION FORCE MAIN REROUTE:

PROJECT CONSISTS OF REROUTING CHERRY DRIVE LIFT STATION OVER TO PRAIRIE VIEW LIFT STATION. CHERRY DRIVE LIFT STATION ITSELF WILL HAVE NEW EQUIPMENT INSTALLED IN WET WELL, NEW VALVE VAULT, AND ELECTRICAL. BID OPENING IS MAY 6, 2021 AT 11 AM AT CITY HALL. PROJECT START DATE WILL BE THIS FALL AFTER HARVEST.
