So far in June 2021, this is the only property that sold in Rapids City as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were two registered voters residing at 4 Eagle Pointe Pass as of Oct. 10, 2020: Kevin R. Doyle, 47, and Rebecca A. Doyle, 46.
