A Resolution authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute and attest to an agreement between the Special Service Area #5 Board and NAI Ruhl Commercial Company, for property maintenance services for Special Service Area #5, for a one-year contract, with voluntary renewal each of the following two years, beginning September 1, 2021. This item will also appear on the Council Agenda on August 31, 2021, under “Items Not on Consent” as the current agreement expires September 1, 2021. (Geoff Manis, Moline

An Ordinance amending Chapter 5, “AMUSEMENTS,” of the Moline Code of Ordinances, Section 5- 1102, “License Required,” by deleting portions of subsections (a) and (c) to remove limits set on the number of gaming establishments in the City and the number of video gaming terminals allowable per establishment.
