The home at 325 16 Ave., Silvis was sold on July 19 by Michael Flanagan for $120,000. The buyer was Stephen Matheis.

So far in July 2021, 22 properties sold in Silvis.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Susan K Flanagan, 67, was the only registered voter residing at 325 16 Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
