The Plan Commission of the City of Geneseo was called to order at 5:30 PM, in the Council Chambers, with the following members present:

Grant Venema was present and gave presentation of his future plans for the parcels if zoning change is granted. Grant talked to Tim the neighbor to the north and Tim is fine as long as there is no boarding of dogs.

Joe Bedford moved, seconded by Julia McAvoy, Motion to recommend to City Council application from the Grant Venema for a zoning classification change at the following location. Parcel ID #08-21-451-023 and #08-21-451-024 commonly known as 936 S. Oakwood Ave front and rear lot (vacant parcels), Geneseo, IL 61254.
