The last time this home sold was July 2, 2014. It last sold for $107,000.

This property is one of four sales so far in Carbon Cliff in August 2021.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Steven D. Kennedy (30) has been registered to vote since 2009.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
